Primecore has announced the appointment of three senior leaders as the company continues to expand its capability in large-scale life sciences capital program delivery. Garrett Foley, Aidan Harrington and Thomas Ryan bring deep experience across global capital infrastructure, biopharmaceutical manufacturing and program leadership, further strengthening Primecore’s ability to support clients delivering complex investment programs.
Garrett Foley joins Primecore as Associate Partner, bringing extensive international experience in the delivery of complex, multi-billion-dollar capital infrastructure programs across the life sciences and advanced technology sectors. Over the course of his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams across the United States, Ireland, mainland Europe and Asia, with responsibility spanning strategy, execution, financial performance and stakeholder management on major global investments.
Aidan Harrington joins as Program Manager, adding more than 25 years of experience in the delivery of complex pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical capital projects. Previously a Senior Consultant with DPS Engineering, Aidan has particular expertise in commissioning and qualification and has led programs supporting major manufacturing investments across Ireland.
Thomas Ryan joins Primecore as Partner, with a focus on biopharma capital program delivery in North America. He has held senior program leadership roles across major manufacturing investments, helping advance facilities from concept through to start-up, licensure and commercialisation. His appointment further strengthens Primecore’s capacity to support clients in one of its most important growth markets.
These appointments mark another important step in Primecore’s growth journey. They follow the company’s recent announcement that it will create 100 new roles over the next three years across Ireland and the United States, reflecting continued momentum in both markets.
