Primecore has appointed Ethan Howe as Partner, Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS), Northeast US, strengthening the company’s advanced technology capability and growing presence in the US market.
Ethan brings nearly 10 years of experience delivering large-scale semiconductor capital projects and engineering programs. Most recently, as Project Manager with Arcadis, formerly DPS Group, he managed semiconductor design and tool-installation programs supporting more than $250 million in capital investment.
Across his career, Ethan has led multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, designers and technical specialists, with experience spanning project planning, scheduling, resource management, project controls, financial forecasting, risk management and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in his career, he also directed the delivery of more than 200 semiconductor tool-installation design projects over an 18-month period.
In his new role, Ethan will focus on growing Primecore’s Advanced Technology Solutions business in the Northeast US, working with clients on complex initiatives while helping to build the team and capabilities required to support their continued growth.
