Primecore has appointed Dara Quirke as Managing Partner for Life Science Delivery Solutions – Europe, strengthening the company’s senior leadership and delivery capability across the European life sciences market.
Dara brings more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale capital programs and high-performing organizations across the pharmaceutical, biologics and wider life sciences sectors.
He joins Primecore from Arcadis, where he served as Operations Director for Arcadis Dublin, with full P&L responsibility for a multidisciplinary engineering and architectural organization of more than 200 people. In the role, he led teams delivering complex capital projects in highly regulated cGMP environments, with responsibility spanning operational performance, financial governance, client relationships and resource management.
Dara also brings extensive international experience across Ireland, Europe and the United States, leading capital programs from feasibility and design through construction, commissioning and validation.
His experience combines technical and operational leadership with a strong commercial focus, including a proven track record of driving growth, strengthening organizational performance and delivering mission-critical manufacturing and infrastructure programs.
As Managing Partner for Life Science Delivery Solutions – Europe, Dara will support Primecore’s continued growth across the region, helping clients navigate complex capital programs with experienced, practitioner-led leadership from strategy through delivery.
His appointment further strengthens Primecore’s ability to embed senior expertise within client organizations and remain accountable for the outcomes that matter most.
