Primecore has appointed Carl Bradbury as Managing Partner, Life Science Solutions (LSS), Northeast US, strengthening the company’s senior leadership and life sciences delivery capability in the US market.
Carl brings more than 30 years of experience delivering complex capital projects across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, construction and management, with a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering technically demanding programs in highly regulated environments.
Prior to joining Primecore, Carl was Senior Director, US Construction for Arcadis in the Northeast US, with responsibility across pre-construction, estimating, project controls, procurement, safety, financial management and construction delivery. His career has included major pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing projects as well as work across gene therapy, cell therapy, semiconductor and R&D environments.
Alongside his project delivery experience, Carl brings significant operational and commercial leadership expertise. He has led regional and national operations, managed financial performance and organizational resources, developed growth strategies and built high-performing teams focused on client outcomes and operational excellence.
As Managing Partner, Life Science Solutions – Northeast US, Carl will have responsibility for leading and growing Primecore’s life sciences business in the region, supporting clients in making critical capital decisions and executing complex programs from strategy through delivery.
