Primecore has strengthened its Life Science Solutions (LSS) leadership in the Southeast US with the appointment of Robert Garner as Managing Partner and Matt Bolin as Partner.
Together, Robert and Matt bring extensive experience in life sciences capital program delivery, operational leadership, business growth and client relationship management, further strengthening Primecore’s ability to support complex programs across the region.
Robert brings more than four decades of experience across pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life sciences environments. Most recently, as Senior Vice President, Project Operations with Arcadis, formerly DPS Group, he led multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, procurement, construction and validation teams delivering full EPCMV services for life sciences clients.
During his tenure, Robert helped grow the Cary, North Carolina office from 15 to 120 employees while consistently exceeding revenue and EBITDA expectations. His experience also spans business development, process engineering, project management and operational leadership across complex GMP environments.
Matt brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering design, construction, project management and EPCMV delivery. A licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, he most recently served as Business Director for APM US Pharma at Arcadis, leading a full-service EPCMV team of more than 110 professionals.
Throughout his career, Matt has led multidisciplinary programs valued at more than $1 billion and served in executive sponsor roles on major capital programs valued at up to approximately $4.5 billion. His experience includes building and leading global, multi-office teams while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance, client satisfaction and effective delivery.
As Managing Partner and Partner for Life Science Solutions in the Southeast US, Robert and Matt will help grow Primecore’s presence in the region, build high-performing teams and support clients with experienced leadership across complex capital programs.
Their appointments reflect Primecore’s continued investment in senior, practitioner-led expertise and its commitment to combining strategic-level thinking with accountable delivery for life sciences clients.
